You need to call our office. We will create the account and send you username and password. In order to use the platform you need to buy at least one test and credits. Using of the platform is free.
1. Enter the section Client management (Управление на клиенти) located in the left menu
2. Choose New Client (нов клиент) from the menu on the left
3. Fill in the client’s data and press Create (създай)
4. Press the button Assign Test (Задаване на тест) which will appear in the right side of your screen.
5. From the drop down menu next to Test Selection (избор на тест) select the test you would like to asign.
6. Select the desired administration method from the drop down menu: self administration (самостоятелна администрация) or fill in the data (въвеждане на готови данни)
7. Press the Assign (Задаване) button
8. Under Client status (статус на клиента) will appear information filed with the test you have assigned. In the field Process status(състояние на процеса) will be written Assigned (Зададен)
a. If the client is going to do the test from your computer press the Administrate (Администрирай) button. A screen for self administration will appear.
b. If the client is going to complete the test on another computer press the Send e-mail (Изпрати email). The platform will automatically generate a message with link, client code and test code which your client should receive. Copy the content of this message into your email client or through the Send button the system will automatically send the generated message. You can change any part of your message but not the link, the client code or the test code.
When a client has to complete the test at home, during suitable for them time:
1. Choose self administration (самостоятелна администрация) as your desired method of administration;
2. Select Assign (Задаване);
3. Under client status it will appear information about the assigned test. The process status will be: Assigned (Зададен);
4. Press the button Send email (изпрати e-mail) The platform will automatically generate a message with link, client code and test code which you have to send to your client.
1. After your client filled out the assigned test, under the field Client status (Статус на клиента) the status of the test will be changed to completed (завършен).
2. Press the button Assess (Оценяване). After you confirm that the sum for the assessment will be taken from your credits, the platform will generate a report.
3. In the field of the test will appear a button to show the results.
4. Press the button and a new window with the generated report (in pdf format) will appear.
Only the account administrator will be able to process the test result and view the report.
You can administer as many tests to as many people as you want. You will need credits only to process the reports and see the results. When you use all of your credits, the platform will automatically send you a message which will tell you that the amount of credits you have is insufficient. You can check and manage your credits from the Credit management (Управление на кредитите) section.
There are no restrictions in how many people will be examined or how many will work on the tests at the same time.

PSY4 is a software for test administration which should be installed on your PC. If you don’t want to rely on the Internet and to have the test at hand all the time it is better to use PSY4. The system is better for individual practices where close contact with the client is usual.
Operation system: Windows XP/Vista/7 with the latest service pack installed. The service packs could be downloaded from Microsofts’s website.
Processor: 1GHz (2 Ghz or higher recommended)
RAM: 512 MB for XP, 1BG for Vista/7 (Recommended: 1GB for XP and 2GB for Vista/7)
Hard Disk: 200MB unused memory plus additional memory for data base. CD/DVD; one free USB port for the security key.
Display: resolution 1024x768 (recommended: 1280x1024), 65536 colours for 16bit (recommended: 16.8 million colour for 32 bit)
Printer: any kind but laser is recommended.
