What is 360-degree Feedback?
OS 360 is system for performance evaluation where subordinates, peers, supervisors and sometimes customers make performance assessment of the examined employee.
OS 360 consists of 65 statements in 10 key competencies. The questioner is completed online and takes around 30-40 minutes.
