ORG-EIQ is a tool used in emotional intelligence (EQ) evaluation. Empirical studies from the past ten-fifteen years show significant evidence that this factor could predict professional effectiveness and successful career. Emotional intelligence is important for all work fields that involve social relations, teamwork, people management and the ability to influence others.
Unlike other similar tests, ORG-EIQ is directly related with the work process and the human relations on the workplace. The questioner consists of four sub-factors which represent the four key components of the emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.
The questionnaire consists of 99 statements which should be answered through the Likert scale with possible answers that vary from ‘True’ to ‘False’.

OS Bulgaria organizes Certification Training for ORG EIQ.
Our Certification Trainings are created according to the international standarts for professional test application. They are accredited by the Bulgarian Psychologists Federation and are approved by the publishers/authors of the original instrument.
