NEO PI-R is highly effective when used for:
-
Employees Selection;
-
As an element in Assessment/Development Centre;
-
Programs for talent identification (including internship programs);
-
Assessment of development potential (also assessment of individual performance);
-
Assessment of training needs (for expert and managerial positions).
NEO PI-R, the standard questionnaire measure of the Five Factor Model (FFM), provides a systematic assessment of emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles--a detailed personality description that can be a valuable resource for a variety of professionals.
NEO PI-R is a concise measure of the five major domains of personality, as well as the six traits or facets that define each domain. Taken together, the five domain scales and 30 facet scales of the NEO PI-R, including the scales for the Agreeableness and the Conscientiousness domains, facilitate a comprehensive and detailed assessment of normal adult personality.
The normative group is balanced so it could represent the structure of the Bulgarian population (data is from the 2001 national census) sorted by gender, age and education.
NEOPI-R has 240 items. The test has also a short version called NEO-FFI. Only by administrating the full version could be seen results from different facets.
