Assessment / Development Centre is a system of instruments for monitoring and evaluation of specific set of competencies that is needed in order to efficiently work with others and /or manage people and processes.

The exercises simulate various situations or everyday work problems. The way in which participants deal with them is monitored by trained evaluators. The exercises in the centre are carefully selected to provoke reactions and behaviour which could help assess the level of already possessed competencies.
