The terms and conditions of OS Bulgaria describe the trading policy of the company for selling materials to customers and our rights and obligations. If you would like to make an order through our e-shop you are obliged to accept and understand our trading policy.
All content included on the website www.osbulgaria.com, such as text, picture materials, models, applications, names, symbols, logos are property of OS Bulgaria (Sofia, Bulgaria, 28 Bogatica st., email: office@osbulgaria.com, tel. +359 (0) 2 963 57 03) and are protected by the Bulgarian and International copyright laws. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without OS Bulgaria’s express written consent. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (eg our prices and product listings) parts of this website without OS Bulgaria's express written consent. Utilizing and copying information from this website could be done only after the agreement of OS Bulgaria.
OS Bulgaria has the right to change the design, construction and the content of the website without warning as well to change, delete and improve new products and services.
You may order only after you have made registration on www.osbulgaria.com and you have filled in all required date. In order to buy some of our products you are required to present true and original certificate in support of your qualification, given by accredited institution in accordance to the acting law.
The user makes the order when one or more products presented on www.osbulgaria.com are selected and the desired quantity is selected. In placing the order the user must provide true and valid address for the delivery. The prices on www.osbulgaria.com do not include delivery charge. Delivery charge is added once the order is completed. The delivery charge is according to the charge rates of the delivery company.
After the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email which will contain the order number, the ordered product/s, the value of the product/s, the delivery price, the delivery address and the bank account where the total value of the order has to be transferred. The order will be paid once the user sends the indicated amount to OS Bulgaria’s bank account.
Once the amount owned for the order id received in OS Bulgaria’s bank account, the order will be delivered on the designed address.
OS Bulgaria has the right to refuse or cancel already confirmed orders in case the products are not available. If the requested products are not available, in term of one working week OS Bulgaria will announce it to the user by sending an email or calling the provided phone number. In case the amount for the delivery is already transferred in OS Bulgaria’s bank account, the user may choose between refund or replacing the order with different products.
Payment could be completed only by bank transfer. The payment could be completed once the owned amount is transferred to OS Bulgaria by using the following bank data

As reason for the transfer state the order number (it will be send to you in the confirmation email after your order is placed and accepted). Once the bank transfer is completed and the owned amount is received your order will be send.
The delivery of our products is managed by delivery agency to the address you have provided. The delivery process could be checked at www.speedy.bg
The order will be delivered in term of 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery address, after the bank transfer is received.
In case the customer is not available at the address on the delivery day, from the delivery company will come again on the next business day (for smaller cities: depends on the weekly schedule of the delivery agency). This will not change the delivery price.
In case the customer systematically refuses to provide access and condition for successful delivery on the appointed address, OS Bulgaria has the right to refuse performing the order. In this case the customer is obliged to pay all expenses for the return of the delivery.
In case OS Bulgaria is not able to locate the customer for confirmation of the address and the time of the delivery, OS Bulgaria has the right to cancel the order.
According to the Customer Protection Law, the customer is allowed to reject the order in 7 days term, starting from the day the delivery was accepted. The customer is allowed to reject the product and return it without paying any liquidation damages and without providing a reason for the return. In case of return, OS Bulgaria is obliged to return the acquired amount in 30 days term, counted from the date the refusal was made. The amount will be transferred in the provided by the customer bank account. Only the amount for the returned products will be refunded, the delivery cost has to be paid by the customer (unless the product is damaged during the delivery or the delivery is not carried out correctlt).
If you want to return the order you must do so in written form by sending an email to office@osbulgaria.com in which you specify the product you want to return and the bank account where you want to receive the owned amount.
The returned product has to be in acceptable quality (“like new” i.e. not being damaged, dirty, no written notes on it etc.) which means it should look the same way as it was delivered, without showing any signs of use. All expenses for the returning are to be paid by the customer (you may select your delivery agency but please be cautious we accept only door deliveries, not in the local post office or another address). User who ordered on www.osbulgaria.com and received the ordered product may reject it or part of it in one of the following cases:
Reclamation will be accepted only in the delivery moment. The customer should send a written application announcing the desire to return the product at office@osbulgaria.com. In the email should be specified the order number.
OS Bulgaria guarantees confidentiality to its users about the provided information. The information will not be used, provided or given to any third parties unless for delivery of the ordered products. OS Bulgaria will protect any personal information provided on our website unless the information is not correct. According to the operating laws and the current terms and conditions OS Bulgaria may and will use this information only for trading operations. Any other prupose for which the information may be used will be in accordance to the Bulgarian laws, international acts, Internet ethics, moral rules and fair treatment
OS Bulgaria is obliged to protect the personal information of the users and not to provide it to third parties: trading organizations, individuals and so unless the customer has given written agreement to do so or the information is requested by government representatives who according to the operating laws have the right to obtain and collect such information. OS Bulgaria is obliged to provide them the information according to the laws.
OS Bulgaria has the right to make changes on the current terms and conditions.
